ESCANABA — The following individuals were recently bound over from Delta County District Court to Circuit Court in unrelated cases.

Russ John Guertin, 50, of 7468 Brampton Rd., Rapid River, was bound over on the following two counts: operating while intoxicated – third offense notice, a five-year felony and maximum fine of $5,000; and controlled substance – possession of marijuana/synthetic equivalents – second or subsequent offense notice, a two-year high court misdemeanor and maximum fine of $4,000.

The charges stem from an incident which occurred on or about Aug. 29, 2018 in Brampton Township. Guertin posted a bond set at 10 percent of $12,000.

Melissa Anne Paquin, 38, of N16991 Vega .1 Rd., Hermansville, was bound over on three counts of check – no account, a two-year felony with a maximum fine of $500.

The charges stem from incidents which occurred on or about April 12, 2018 through April 29, 2018 in Escanaba. Paquin posted a bond set at 10 percent of $5,000.

Heidi Lynne Leroux, 47, of 531 S. 14th St., Escanaba, was bound over on two counts of controlled substance – possesssion/analogues, a two year felony with a maximum fine of $2,000. The charges stem from an

incident which occurred on or about May 4, 2018 in Ford River Township. Leroux posted a $1,000 cash bond.

Jamie Alan Eagle, 48, of 321 S. 18th St., Escanaba, was bound over on the following three counts: controlled substance – possession of meth/ecstasy, a 10-year felony with a maximum fine of $15,000; controlled substance – maintaining a drug house, a two-year high court misdemeanor with a maximum fine of $25,000; and controlled substance – possession of marijuana/synthetic equivalents, an one-year misdemeanor with a maximum fine of $2,000.

The charges stem from an incident which occurred on or about Oct. 17, 2018 in Escanaba.

A cash/surety bond was set at $40,000.
