ESCANABA — The following individuals were recently sentenced in Delta County Circuit Court.

William Robert Haack, 35, of 204 S. 16th St., Escanaba, pleaded guilty to two habitual offender – second offense notices with underlying offenses of controlled substance – delivery/manufacture (Schedules 1, 2, and 3 except marijuana, meth, ecstasy, and cocaine) and controlled substance maintaining a drug house. He received concurrent prison sentences of two to 10 years. He also received credit for 126 days served. Haack was ordered to pay $381 in fines and costs.

Nikolas Ryan Lane, 21, of 700 2nd St., Palo, Iowa, pleaded guilty to controlled substance – maintaining a drug vehicle. He was sentenced to eight months jail and was given credit for 38 days served. His driver’s license will be suspended for 30 days and restricted for 150 days. Lane was ordered to pay $258 in fines and costs.
