DISORDERLY
Ryan Jason Mathieson, 27, of 314 N. 13th, Escanaba, was found by a jury to be guilty of disorderly person — drunk and assault or assault & battery; 30 days jail on the disorderly person charge and 60 days jail on the assault charge (concurrent sentences), credit for one day served; six months probation; $1,300 fines and costs. He was found not guilty of assault — aggravated.
DOMESTIC VIOLENCE
Jonathan Robert Lesnieski, 32, of 7711 County 416 J Rd., Gladstone, pleaded guilty to domestic violence; 15 days jail, credit for three days served; 12 months probation; $1,300 fines and costs.
Patricia Eleen Hardwick, 28, of 314 N. 16th St. Lower, Escanaba, pleaded guilty to domestic violence; 15 days jail, credit for one day served; 12 months probation; $1,000 fines and costs.
ASSAULT
Onna Katee Lu Maree Dubord, 17, of 210 S. 5th St., Escanaba, pleaded guilty to assault and assault and battery; eight days jail, credit for one day served; six months probation; $1,100 fines and costs.
LICENSE VIOLATIONS
Timothy Otto Trombley, 39, of 405 S. 10th St., Escanaba, pleaded guilty to operating – license suspended, revoked, denied/allowing suspended person to operate – second or subsequent; two days jail, credit for two days served; $450 fines and costs.
Joseph Wesley Mehaffey, 26, of 220 S. 15th No. 102, Escanaba, pleaded guilty to drive on a suspended license; $325 fines and costs.
Taylor Wayne Kirkpatrick, 25, of 614 Superior Ave., Gladstone, pleaded guilty to drive on a suspended license; $325 fines and costs.
DRUG CHARGES
Jeffrey Leroy-Martin Nylund, 35, of 338 Fairbanks Road, Crystal Falls, Mich., pleaded guilty to controlled substance – possession of marijuana and controlled substance – use; 60 days jail suspended, 125 hours community service in lieu of jail; six months probation; license suspended 30 days and restricted 150 days; $1,650 fines and costs.
James Kenneth Willis, 50, of 330 Stephenson Ave. No. 101, Escanaba, pleaded guilty to controlled substance – use of marijuana; license suspended 30 days and restricted 150 days; $650 fines and costs.
FIGHTING
Thomas Eugene Garbe, 62, of 5183 18th Rd., Escanaba, pleaded guilty to fighting and quarreling; six months probation; 16 months community service; $350 fines and costs.
