DRUG CHARGES

Zachary James Heider, 18, of 4965 N Pederson Circle 17.85 Drive, Escanaba, pleaded guilty to controlled substance use — marijuana; $350 fines and costs.

Eric Warren Britton, 25, of N15986 Main St., Powers, pleaded guilty to controlled substance — possession of marijuana; 45 days jail, credit for 14 days already served; $550 fines and costs; license suspended for 30 days and restricted for 150 days.

Brittany Marie Marvin, 28, of 329 Lake Street, Manistique, pleaded guilty to controlled substance — use; 90 days jail, credit for 45 days already served; $1,450 fines and costs; license suspended for 30 days and restricted for 150 days.

IMPAIRED DRIVING

Michael Harry Gillis, 28, of 9018 Kipling R.5 Lane, Gladstone, pleaded guilty to operating — impaired; five days jail, credit for two days already served; six months probation; $850 fines and costs.

Sharyn Lynn Rivest, 71, PO Box 224 County Rd. 509, Rapid River, pleaded guilty to operating — impaired; four days jail, credit for two days already served; six months probation; $850 fines and costs.

LICENSE VIOLATIONS

Andrew Allen LaForest, 30, of 328 S. 15th St., Escanaba, pleaded guilty to driving with an expired license; $325 fines and costs.

Derec Allen Nelson, 19, of 1420 2nd Ave. S., Escanaba, pleaded guilty to operating — no license/multiple licenses; $350 fines and costs.

Robert Lee Britton, 57, of 415 S. 4th St., Gladstone, pleaded guilty to operating — no license/multiple licenses; $350 fines and costs.

James Paul LaLonde, 26, of 921 2nd Ave. S., Escanaba, pleaded guilty to driving on a suspended license; $325 fines and costs.

Christy Marie LaPalme, 36, of 1620 Willow Creek Rd. #26, Escanaba, pleaded guilty to allowing a suspended person to operate a vehicle; three days jail, credit for three days already served; $125 fines and costs.
