Addie Rose Carlson, 29, of 707 Charlotte Court, Escanaba, pleaded guilty to operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated; four days jail, credit for one day served, three days jail suspended; $1,350 fines and costs.

IMPAIRED DRIVING

Melissa Sue Nelson, 38, of 510 1st Ave. S., Apt. 1610, Escanaba, pleaded guilty to operating a motor vehicle while impaired; three days jail, credit for one day served, two days jail suspended; six months probation; $1,150 fines and costs.

Joshua Daniel Gordon, 31, of 612 S. 16th St., Escanaba, pleaded guilty to operating a motor vehicle while impaired, pleaded guilty to driving on a suspended license, first offense, and pleaded guilty to use of marijuana; 55 days jail, credit for 55 days served; drivers license suspended 30 days and restricted 150 days; $1,250 fines and costs.

DRUGGED DRIVING

Raquel Rene Vanderville, 27, Manistique, pleaded guilty to operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of drugs; 14 days jail, credit for two days served, 12 days jail suspended; six months probation; $1,400 fines and costs.

Joshua Floyd Moyle-Deneau, 21, of 7847 Cleveland St., Rapid River, pleaded guilty to operating a motor vehicle while impaired by drugs; 34 days jail, credit for 34 days served; 12 months probation; $1,450 fines and costs.

Peggy Sue Jensen, 53, of 507 Dakota Ave., Gladstone, pleaded guilty to operating a motor vehicle while impaired by drugs; 11 days jail, credit for two days served; six months probation; $1,200 fines and costs.

DRUG CHARGES

Tyler Lewis Kaffenberger, 26, of 620 N. Lincoln Road, Escanaba, pleaded guilty to one count of possession of marijuana; drivers license suspended 180 days and restricted 30 days; $350 fines and costs.

Jonathan Floyd Therrien, 27, of 1600 S. 30th St., Lot 106, Escanaba, pleaded guilty to one count of possession of marijuana; 30 days jail, credit for two days served; $125 fines and costs.

Justin Andrew Sarnowski, 33, of 418 S. 29th St., Escanaba, pleaded guilty to one count of use of a controlled substance; 365 days jail, credit for 117 days served; 24 months probation; $1,689 fines and costs.

ATTEMPTED CHILD ABUSE

Erin Coleen Breault, 28, of 624 Ludington St., Escanaba, pleaded guilty to one count of attempted child abuse, fourth degree, to which she was sentenced to 47 days in jail and given credit for serving 47 days, and pleaded guilty to being drunk and disorderly to which she was sentenced to 10 days in jail and was given credit for serving 10 days; 12 months probation; $1,400 fines and costs.

DOMESTIC VIOLENCE

Dane Anthony Hampel, 27, of 5068 D Road, Bark River, pleaded guilty to one count of domestic violence; 38 days jail, credit for 38 days served; $550 fines and costs.
