Gladstone gets Dr. Cretens funds

The city of Gladstone was awarded a check for $164,401.15 Monday from the Community Foundation For Delta County for the Dr. Mary Cretens Trust Fund. The fund, left to the city by the late doctor, supports parks and recreation, Fernwood Cemetery, and the annual Gladstone Fourth of July Celebration. The fund is maintained by the community foundation.
