Brandy Lynn Casteel, 23, of 2010 1st Ave., Apt. 7, Escanaba, pleaded guilty to operating a motor vehicle while impaired; nine days jail, credit for four days served, five days jail suspended; six months probation; $1,675 fines and costs.

DRUGGED DRIVER

Chelsey Rae Vanderville, 22, of 525 S. 14th St., Escanaba, pleaded guilty to operating a motor vehicle with the presence of a controlled substance; 60 days jail, credit for 60 days served; 12 months probation; $2,788 restitution; $1,575 fines and costs.

Hunter Reese Richmond, 19, Manistique, pleaded guilty to operating a motor vehicle with the presence of a controlled substance; 15 days jail, credit for two days served; six months probation; $1,375 fines and costs.

ALLOWING DRUNK DRIVER

Cole Earl Possi, 21, of 14224 Homestead E.25 Road, Rock, pleaded guilty to allowing an intoxicated person to operate a motor vehicle; $325 fines and costs.

DRUG CHARGES

Joseph Martin Kolinske, 38, Cooks, pleaded guilty to one count of controlled substance — possession of marijuana; 90 days jail; drivers license suspended 30 days and restricted 150 days; $225 fines and costs.

James Hardwick, 45, of 1301.5 Superior Ave., Gladstone, pleaded guilty to one count of controlled substance — use of marijuana; five days jail, credit for two days served, three days jail suspended; $625 fines and costs.

Star Melinda Novak, 17, of 820 S. 38th St., #23, Escanaba, pleaded no contest to attempted assaulting/resisting/obstructing a police officer; 12 days jail, credit for two days served, 10 days jail suspended; six months probation; $1,375 fines and costs.
