ESCANABA — The following individuals were recently bound over from Delta County District Court to circuit court in unrelated cases.

Bryan Joseph Meyers, 40, of 318 S. 12th St., No. 2, Escanaba, was bound over on one count of first-degree retail fraud, second or subsequent offense, a five-year felony with a maximum fine of $10,000. The charges stems from an April 15 incident in Escanaba. He was ordered to not enter Walmart. Meyers posted a $1,000 personal recognizance bond and was released from police custody.

Cassandra Elizabeth Kolaske, 28, of 902 Minnesota Ave., Gladstone, was bound over on one count of uttering and publishing and one count of forgery, both stemming from a $250 check dated April 3 in Gladstone. Each felony carries a maximum punishment of 14 years in prison. She was ordered to have no contact with the victim. Kolaske posted a $1,000 personal recognizance bond and was released from police custody.

Dates will be set in circuit court for the above individuals to make a plea or schedule a trial.
