ESCANABA — Christopher Germain of Premier Real Estate, Inc. has earned the nationally recognized pricing strategy advisor (PSA) certification. The National Association of Realtors offers the PSA certification to realtors as determining property values depends more than ever on professional expertise and competence, the best use of technology, and a commitment to approach the pricing assignment from various perspectives.

Germain, has been a realtor in Delta County for over 14 years.

” I am always looking for ways to expand my knowledge in the industry and continually taking courses, like this one, is one of the many ways I do that,” Germain said. “Even though I have done CMA work and other CMA classes, it is nice to get a new perspective on the work we should be doing.”
