Frailing – LaFave

GLADSTONE – On Aug. 29, in a 2 p.m. celebration, Cynthia Kay Frailing, daughter of Bill and Judy Frailing of Ispheming, Mich., was united in marriage to Jamie Scott LaFave, son of Gary and Pam LaFave of Escanaba. The couple celebrated with Tisha Groleau presiding and with a reception at the Gladstone Ski Park.

Cynthia’s matron of honor was Jennifer Bozile, sister of the bride, and her bridesmaids included Alison Trevathan, Mary Darling, and Brenda Lasecki, all friends of the bride; Sonya Tryan, a friend; and Tammy LaFave, sister of the groom.

Gary LaFave, father of the groom, stood as Jamie’s best man. The groomsmen were Cody and Chris Darling, sons of the bride; Scott Gerow, brother-in-law of the groom; and Mike Shanahan and Andrew Bodreau, friends of the groom.

The bride is a 1986 graduate of Ishpeming High School, and Jamie is a 1994 graduate of Escanaba High School.

Both Cynthia and Jamie are employed at Walmart.
