Bay de Noc Peggers Cribbage starts tonight

GLADSTONE — Bay de Noc Peggers begins its 24th year of cribbage play on Monday, Sept. 10. Play begins at 7 p.m. at the Lake Bluff Retirement Village Community Center.

There are nine games against nine players, and scoring is according to the American Cribbage Congress (ACC) rules. If you enjoy cribbage, you are welcome to come play with this club.

Sunday school rally night set for Sept. 15

GLADSTONE — The First Lutheran Church in Gladstone will be having a Sunday school rally night on Saturday, Sept. 15 at 5 p.m. with a nacho and taco bar and games.

The entire congregation is welcome. Sunday School starts Sunday Sept.16 at 9:15 a.m.

Right to Life meets Tuesday at Bay College

ESCANABA — Right to Life of Delta County will meet Tuesday, Sept. 11 at 7 p.m. in room 261 of the Joseph Heirman University Center at Bay College. Audubon Club to meet

ESCANABA — The Bay de Noc Audubon Club will resume its monthly meetings with its first meeting of the 2018-19 year on Wednesday evening, Sept. 12 at 7 p.m. The meeting will be held in Room 961 of the Heirman Building at Bay College. This meeting is open to anyone interested in birding. There is no charge.

September MARSP meeting Wednesday

GARDEN — The Sept. 12 MARSP meeting will take place in Garden at the Sidetracked ­Restaurant on 15710 18th Road. Attendees are asked to gather at 11:30 a.m. for lunch and enjoy a presentation by a representative from the Village Artisan/Garden Gallery.

All retired school personnel from Schoolcraft and eastern Delta Counties are welcome to attend.

Bay de Noc Kennel Club meeting Thursday

ESCANABA — The Bay de Noc Kennel Club will hold its next general meeting on Thursday, Sept. 13 at 7 p.m. at the Kennel Club Building, located at 6687 N.75 Dr. in Escanaba (just north of the Wells Sports Complex, next to the baseball field). The public is welcome to attend.
