Daily Press photo Limestone rubble below Burnt Bluff on the Garden Peninsula is scooped up and transported to Alpena for a harbor installation in the summer of 1958. It was the latest project in the area by Capt. John Roen of the Roen Steamship Co., Sturgeon Bay. Loading are the barges Lillian of Milwaukee and Resolute of Sturgeon Bay.
