GLADSTONE – Together with their parents, Kelly Sudderth and John Truscott announce their engagement to be married.

Kelly, daughter of Greg and Colleen Sudderth of Gladstone, is a graduate of Gladstone High School and Michigan State University. She is the vice-president of strategy and administration and chief of staff for the emerging markets division of Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan.

John, son of Tom and Joyce Truscott of Lansing, is a graduate of Lansing Sexton High School and Michigan State University. He previously served as the director of communications and press secretary to Governor John Engler. John is now the president and principal of Truscott Rossman, a full service public relations agency.

Kelly and John live in Okemos, Mich., and are planning a September wedding in Grand Haven, Mich.
