FAMILY LIFE CENTER

NEW LIFE

ESCANABA — Sunday worship services will take place at 9 a.m. and 10:30 a.m., and nursery is available for both services. A variety of children and adult discipleship groups are offered in both small and large group settings with specific needs in mind. “Connections” fellowship will be held immediately after each service.

Men’s Bible study gathers Monday at 6:30 p.m. at the church. Christian men’s fellowship coffee hour follows at 8:15 p.m. at Culver’s.

Wednesday summer ministries will be at Besse Park in Escanaba at 6:30 p.m. Hot dogs and chips will be provided. Bring a dish to pass is you like. Youth (grades 7th-12th) will continue to meet at New Life from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. Adult Bible study will continue to meet from 6:30 to 7:45 p.m. in room 13. Nursery will not be available on Wednesday nights during the summer but will resume in the fall.

Celebrate Recovery is on Thursday, with doors opening at 6:30 p.m. for fellowship. The meeting starts at 7 p.m.

The men’s breakfast is held on the last Saturday of each month at 9 a.m. at the church.

Children ages five to 12 are invited to join us for our Vacation Bible school, “Maker Fun Factory,” on July 24-28 from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. at New Life.

On the 4th of July, we will be walking with our float in the parade, and will hand out water at the end of the parade route at the parsonage.

Every Thursday, starting at 5 p.m., people can pick up a brat or hot dog, a bag of chips, and a soda or water for $5 in Memorial’s parking lot.

On Saturday, July 8 at 11 a.m. the tent, puppet theater, and scenery will be set up for VBS.

We’re starting our new year of lessons and activities for the Lads to Leaders (L2L).
