Bilski scores career high 18 for Tech
HOUGHTON — North Central freshman Dawson Bilski hit six 3-pointers en route to a career-high 18 points Saturday to help the Michigan Tech men’s basketball team to a 72-46 win against Purdue Northwest.
“It was really nice to see Dawson (Bilski) have a big game for us today with 18 points,” Tech coach Kevin Luke said. “He is feeling more comfortable and is just going to continue to get better.”
Kyle Monroe scored a team-high 20 points for the Huskies (12-9, 9-5 GLIAC), who were tied 23-23 at the half. Tech tied a school record again for fewest turnovers in a game with three.
The Huskies travel to Saginaw Valley Thursday and Northwood Saturday.
