Roundabout

You all are going roundabout this the wrong way. Look at the knowledge you will learn. If you ever go to Europe you won't crash and make a fool of yourself. Even if you don't make it abroad, you dont have to come to a complete stop. Think of it as a merrygo round when you were a kid. Wheeeeeeeee .

You do have the right away in the roundabout. There are no stop signs or yield signs in it, people waiting into get into it have yield signs.

Maybe if enough people complain about it, they will remove it and everyone can complain about that too.

The roundabout is probably one of the biggest mistakes ever created. All of the roundabouts I have been through was a big free for all. Let's see who can get threw without getting hit or cut off. Everyone thinks because they are in it they have right of way until they get out.

The roundabout is fun!!! I like it. However, for the price, we could have all gone to Disney World or Vegas and we would have had more fun.

Please disregard my previous post, I was orignially informed that the roundabout would be replacing the interesection light, however it is not going to this area but to the Y intersection.

A roundabout in that area is a good idea!

Yeah...I'm going to have to disagree with you on this one. I still fail to see the reason for a need to have a roundabout anywhere in Escanaba let alone in this intersection that seemed to operate very smoothly.

You just have to look at our neighboring city Marquette for a clear indication on the amount of problems this unnecessary construction project will cause.

They should have just kept the light, heck its more environmental friendly to have a stop light then this runabout. When a vehicle HAS to stop it requires more energy to get it moving again. Now if you are behind 3 vehicles you stop, go, stop, go before you are through that intersection. A light you stop....then go.
