Awful Drivers

As someone who has moved here recently from Wisconsin, I am appalled at how people up here use the roundabout on Stephenson Ave. The yield signs are for when there is traffic in the circle, not when it is empty. The purpose of a roundabout is to keep traffic moving. I can't tell you how many times I have almost rear=ended someone who decided to stop at the Yield with no traffic coming. Usually a blue hair
