GLADSTONE - The trio of Jim Brayak, Billy Nelson and Jamie Mullin of Escanaba captured the Championship Flight of the Gladstone 3-Man Scramble held Saturday and Sunday at Gladstone Golf Club. The team shot 116, edging Scott Koski and Aaron Swanson of Marquette by a stroke. Joe Negrinelli and Rick Rhoades of Green Bay/Gwinn were third with 119 followed by Steve Bratonia, Matt Smith and Mark Ray of Gladstone/Irish Oaks/Highland; Jeff McCall, Erik Spinder and Tony Pouliot of Terrace Bluff; and Larry Bratonia, Matt Eugate and Dave Douglas of Irish Oaks/Terrace Bluff/Sweetgrass each with 123.
