Among gardening, Elizabeth had her hands in many things. She started working at St. Francis Hospital in the nursery helping mothers and infants and for many years was the baker in the hospital kitchen. She modeled for the Fair Store, worked at the neighborhood church, and won a gardening award for the best yard.
Elizabeth will be remembered most for her kindness and giving heart. She touched the hearts and lives of so many with her brilliant light and spirit brought forward from her passion for God. She saw beauty in everything, but the closest to her heart was watching and being involved in her grandchildren's lives.
