WAUPACA, Wis. - On March 17, 2014, we said goodbye to the most amazing man in our life, Kenneth Richard Weir. He was a husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather and friend. He lived his life passionately and loved deeply. He was born in Dallas, Texas, Sept. 3, 1947, and spent most of his childhood in Gladstone. After marrying the love of his life, Sue Lewis, they settled in Waupaca, Wis. There they raised their three children, teaching them God's love and grace, and that you could do anything you put your mind to. He taught that family was more important than possessions, and love is unconditional. Whether you were family or friend if you had a need he was there for you. He owned and operated Waupaca Radiator/Muff-ex from 1972 to 1995. He was a volunteer fireman and truck driver. In his free time he loved to spend time fishing, hunting, woodworking, camping and spending time with his family.
