WARNER ROBINS, Ga. Tech Sgt. Daniel James Bricker and Rachel Lopez Cox were joined in marriage during a ceremony held at Robins Air Force Base, Ga., on Jan. 4. The ceremony took place at 2:14 p.m., completing the couple's 1/14/14 14:14 celebration. Pastor Chip Miller officiated.
The ceremony was held at the base amphitheater at Luna Lake and family and friends gathered at the Luna Lodge for a dinner reception that followed. In lieu of cake, Dan and Rachel served guests cupcakes made by the bride which were presented on a display made by the couple which featured a zombie theme.
Daniel is the son of Robert and Debra Bricker of Gladstone, and Christine (Patrick) Pepin of Escanaba. Rachel is the daughter of Grace Lopez of Sacramento, Calif., and Dr. Alan Cox of Warner Robins, Ga.

The bride selected her best friend, Grace Lira of Dallas, Texas, to serve as her maid of honor. Best man was Alexander Pepin of Escanaba. Daniel's sons, Zakary and Ashton Bricker of Gladstone, were groomsmen. The groom's sister, Amy Streichert of Escanaba, was also in attendance for the wedding.
The bride and groom sealed their love with a sand ceremony where family members each poured colored sand into a bottle resulting in a keepsake for the couple.
The new Mr. and Mrs. Daniel and Rachel Bricker chose New York for their honeymoon trip.
Daniel is a Tech Sgt. working with Communications at Robins AFB. Rachel is a GS-11, working with enterprise architecture, also at Robins AFB were the couple resides.
