Bishop Noa Home for Senior Citizens hosted its annual Volunteer Banquet on Dec. 19 at Terrace Bay Inn in Gladstone in recognition of all the volunteer services provided throughout the year. This year's Volunteer of the Year Award was presented to Marilyn Sarasin. Sarasin has been a volunteer at Bishop Noa Home for the past four years, volunteering in the Pastoral Department as a Eucharistic Minister, Altar Server and assisting with transporting residents to and from daily Mass. Sarasin, second from right, is pictured with Sr. Rosalie, Sr. Dorothea and Sr Nenita, all Sisters of St Paul de Chartres.
