There were 76 children and 62 adults in attendance at the "Reindeer Christmas Story Hour" at the Gladstone Library on Dec. 14. Children enjoyed Christmas stories, making a reindeer craft and decorating cookies. Julie Aschbacher provided the music for the children to sing carols. To top off the day, the children were surprised by a visit from Santa Claus. Malia Quigley and Kalli Doutree, pictured at left, are proud of their cookie decorating skills.
