Local student is Lipscomb U. grad

NASHVILLE, Tenn. - Escanaba student, Casey Sullivan, was awarded a bachelor's degree from Lipscomb University at the conclusion of the summer semester.

Sullivan, a Fred J Page High School graduate in Nashville, studied biology and has completed all the credits necessary to graduate magna cum laude. He will be eligible to participate in the December graduation ceremony.

Mayville named to Palmer dean's list

DAVENPORT, Iowa - Kallie Mayville of Escanaba, a current 6th trimester student in the Doctor of Chiropractic program at Palmer College of Chiropractic, has been named to the Dean's List for the 5th trimester.

To be eligible for the Dean's List, a student must achieve a minimum grade point average (GPA) of 3.50 for the respective term. The highest possible GPA is a 4.00.
