The 16th annual OSF St. Francis Hospital & Medical Group Foundation Heart of Gold dinner took place Thursday evening at the Island Resort and Casino in Harris. Above,students from NMU’s culinary program, from left, Emily England, Abby Johnson, Ashley Hank, and Ed Mannila start assembling Chef Nathan Mileski’s compressed melon salad. Proceeds from the event benefit the Foundation and will remain in Delta County to support new healthcare services and technology.
