HYDE - Powers-Spalding Lions Club will celebrate 75 years of service to their communities with a public banquet scheduled for Saturday, Nov. 2, at the Highland Golf Club, located at 3011 U.S. 2 & 41, between Escanaba and Bark River. The banquet is open to the community, as well as all Michigan Lions Club members, spouses and guests.
The featured Lions Club speaker will be past International director, and current Global Membership Coordinator, Gary Anderson. Special guest, Ed McBroom, State Representative, will also be attending this anniversary banquet dinner.
Social hour begins at 6 p.m. (EST) with a cash bar, followed by the dinner at 7. Tickets are $18 each and Include full buffet banquet dinner and dessert (includes tax and gratuity).
A brand new, limited edition collections lapel pin will be available for purchase at the dinner.
