Improvements needed at races

July 23, 2013
Daily Press

EDITOR:

After watching the July 7 race I have heard many fans that were not happy. There was a very large crowd which was nice to see, but after four hours of racing some fans started leaving for many reasons. For the race lasting six hours is much too long. The dust was another factor, with the modified racing, number two corner was nothing but dust.

Other things is why are the races stopped when a car is dead in the infield and in no danger, they need a grader operator and why water the track and have cars pack the track to the point that its almost dry after two laps dust is back. The fans are the ones you must satisfy.
