Study group plans Native American dinner

RAPID RIVER - A Native American dinner is being prepared and served by the ladies of the Town and Country MAFCE study group on Monday, April 22, at the Calvary Lutheran Church in Rapid River. The meal will begin at noon. Cost is $8 per person. A presentation of the Native American culture of the area will also be presented.

Reservations are required by Wednesday, April 17, by calling Judith Gereau at 786-4725. Seating is limited.

Many dishes will be prepared by the ladies and will feature buffalo, venison and rabbit, along with other traditional dishes. There will be door prizes, 50/50 and Yooper Bars for sale.
