HANNAHVILLE - On Tuesday, April 2, in the early morning, David Charles Meshigaud began his journey to the Great Spirit from his home in Hannahville, Mich.

He was born Feb. 17, 1956, to his parents, Louella Rose and Hubert Ira Meshigaud, both of whom preceded him in death.

David worked most of his life for the Hannahville Indian Community in many capacities. His most recent position was an accounting clerk. Although work was important, many of those who worked by his side felt his joys and always enjoyed how he made the days go by faster with his wonderful sense of humor.
