DUBUQUE, Iowa - Tera Kossow and Roy Lowe were married on Jan. 2 in Montego Bay, Jamaica, during a ceremony that was officiated by Pastor Kenroy Salter.
Tera is a graduate of Gladstone High School and Bay de Noc Community College. She is currently attending Wartburg Theological Seminary in Dubuque, Iowa.
Roy is a resident of Jamaica.
