Lorraine Bastian

NORTHERN, Colo. - Lorraine Bastian of Northglenn, Colo., went home to her Maker on Saturday, Feb. 23, 2013, at 7:30 p.m. after a long illness.

She is survived by two daughters, Janice Cowling of Escanaba, and Sharon Turner of Northglenn, Colo.; 13 grandchildren, 30 great-grandchildren and one great-great-granddaughter, two sisters-in-law, Eva Viau and Rosella Bastian; and several nieces and nephews and cousins.

She was preceeded in death by her husband, Leroy, mother, father, brother and sister, one great-grandson and one great-great-grandson, also three brothers-in-law and one sister-in-law.

She lived for many years in the Escanaba area and was employed at Robinson's Furniture Factory.

She will be remembered by many as a member of the Salvation Army.

Those who knew and loved her will always remember her beautiful smile and tender heart. A memorial service will be held at the Salvation Army in Escanaba on March 23 at 2 p.m.
