FELCH - Miranda Jacobson posted a double-double of 18 points and 18 rebounds as North Dickinson exploded in the fourth quarter and romped 52-32 over Carney-Nadeau Thursday night in a girls Skyline basketball game.

"We played really good in the second half, probably as good as we've played all year," Nordics coach Mike Roell said.

It was a defensive struggle in the first half, in which Carney held a 14-11 edge at the break. But the Nordics grabbed a one-point lead by the end of third and then put up a 25-spot in the fourth.

"We did a good job of working the ball up-court, making free throws, making nice passes and cuts," Roell said. "It was a team effort, and we really put it together when we needed to."

Lauren Murray led the Wolves with 16 points.

North Dickinson was 10-of-12 at the foul line in the final quarter.
