ESCANABA - Eric Wade Baldwin, 11, of 629 N. 20th St., Escanaba, passed away Saturday, Feb. 9, 2013, at St. Francis Hospital in Escanaba. He was born June 27, 2001, in Escanaba and was the son of Jerry and Beth (Smith) Baldwin.
Eric attended the Learning Center in Escanaba and was a very special little boy who over came all his limitations. He was active and always on the go. He loved to play video games, watch cartoons, and play on his computer. Christmas was a very special time of year for him and he loved to go to Grama's house.
Eric Wade Baldwin is survived by his parents, Jerry and Beth Baldwin; sister, Ashley Baldwin; grandparents, James and Rose Baldwin of Monroe, Mich., Betty Rogers of Escanaba, Jerry Johnson of Escanaba, Penny Nabors of Texas, Ted and Cheryl Smith of Cornell; and several aunts, uncles and cousins.

He was preceded in death by his grandmother, Darlene Smith.
Visitation will be held from 3 to 5 p.m. Friday, Feb. 15, at the Salvation Army in Escanaba. Funeral services celebrating the life of Eric Wade Baldwin will be held at 5 p.m. Friday at the Salvation Army with Major Ralph Hansen officiating. A luncheon will be served following the funeral services in the Salvation Army Fellowship Hall.
Burial will take place in the Lakeview Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers memorials can be directed to the Baldwin family. Envelopes will be available at the Anderson Funeral Home or the Salvation Army.
