SAULT STE. MARIE, Mich. - Lisa Martinson became the bride of James Snyder during a ceremony held at the Kewadin Casino in Sault Ste. Marie on Sept. 29, 2012. The bride's brother, David Martinson, officiated the nuptials.
Standing with the bride was matron of honor, Tamara Lavati. Bridesmaids were Lindsey Benson, Daniele Stanaback, Ashlea Pruett, Terri Gough, and Ashley Boal.
Curtis Bew served as best man. Groomsmen were Dave Scheffer, Tim Gough, Justin Benson, Kurt Hanna, and Jeremiah Budd.

The bride is the daughter of Allen and Connie Martinson of Ford River. Lisa is a 2007 graduate of Escanaba High School and a 2011 graduate of Central Michigan University with a bachelor's degree in psychology. She is currently studying to become a veterinary technician.
James is the son of Glen and Jenny Gough of Pickford. He is a 2005 graduate of Pickford High School and a 2009 graduate of Hope Community College where he obtained a degree in psychology. James is a 1st Lieutenant in the Army.
