"Snowbird Christmas" was the theme of a recent holiday story hour held at the Gladstone Public Library. Forty-four children attended the hour-long activities including reading Christmas stories, crafts and snacks. Sue Beranek, at right, was one of the volunteer readers. The children also enjoyed music and songs by Julie Aschbacher. A special visit by Santa was enjoyed by all.
