CARTHAGE, Mo. - Kristina Donna Martin Lewis, 42, passed away Friday, Oct. 26, 2012, at Mercy McCune-Brooks Hospital, Carthage, from complications of lupus.
A memorial prayer service will be held for Kristina at All Saints Church on Nov. 24 at 1 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations can be directed to a fund, which has established for Kristina's daughter, Adrianna, at Wings Financial Credit Union, 14985 Glazier Ave, Suite 100, Apple Valley, Minn. 55124.
