MARQUETTE - Northern Michigan University has announced its list of students who have satisfied their degree requirements in August 2012.
Students from the local area who were awarded associate degrees are:
Gladstone - Jennifer Olson, surgical technology;
Rock - Christopher Reynolds, criminal justice.
Awarded bachelor's degrees are:
Bark River - Stephan Droska, criminal justice;
Carney - Logan Poupore, criminal justice;
Escanaba - Kathryn Carroll, social work, and Rachel DeSalvo, psychology;
Gladstone - Jonathan Young, criminal justice;
Rapid River - Ronni Furlong, psychology, and Justin Gustafson, clinical health science;
Trenary - Heather Seppanen, electronic journalism.
Master's degrees were awarded to:
Escanaba - Laura Mead, English.
