EDITOR:
I watched the candidate forum Wednesday night and I have to say I was very impressed with Rick Micheau, candidate for county treasurer he was very knowledgeable about the issues and he was so real.
He is a hometown boy who is ready to serve his community in this position. I have recently met him at some local functions. I talked to him about his campaign and his life beyond the campaign. If effort counts for anything, Mr. Micheau should win this race.
I cannot believe all the things he handles and manages. Yet he is at so many events and meetings, getting out there meeting the people. He is a very dedicated candidate, and I believe will also be a very dedicated public servant.
