Betty J. Frisque

NADEAU - Betty J. Frisque, 82, of Nadeau, passed away on Friday, Oct. 19, 2012, at her home with her loving family by her side. She was born on June 21, 1930, in Stephenson, the daughter of the late Paul and Louise (Giguere) Beaudoin.

On June 24, 1950, she married Frank Frisque at the Precious Blood church in Stephenson.

Betty was a homemaker and devoted her entire life to her family. She enjoyed playing cards, watching her shows on TV and making huge Sunday suppers for her children and grandchildren.

Betty is survived by six children, Betty (Greg) Trudell of Escanaba, Frances Doberstein (Bill Bilski) of Vulcan, Joyce Frisque of Nadeau, Rich Frisque of Bagley, Barb (Dave) Patz of Pound, Wis., and Kelly (John) Chapoton of Warren, Mich.; nine grandchildren, Willy and Peter Doberstein, Kassaundra (Aaron) Kanagy, Brooke Frisque, Ray (Tabatha) Yoder, Jenny (Jason) Harvey, Melissa Yoder (Dakota Lueskow), Jefferson and Conrad Chapoton; eight great-grandchildren, Brady Frisque, Baileigh Kanagy, Gideon, Gage and Rayne Yoder, Emma and Nicholas Harvey,and Dominic Lueskow; four sisters, Dorothy (Joe) Limas of Illinois, Martha (Jerry) Gronmark and Barb (Ken) Lindstrom of Carney, and Marge (Joe) Hayden of California; three sisters-in-law, Joyce Frisque, Agnes Scafidi and Lorraine Dugree and many nieces and nephews.

Betty was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Frank; a son, Norman; two daughters, Brenda and Mary Ellen; and a brother, Ken Beaudoin.

Friends may call from 3 to 5 p.m. (CDT) on Wednesday, Oct. 24, at the Anderson Diehm Funeral Home in Stephenson with the funeral service at 5 p.m. at the funeral home. Father Corey Litzner officiating. A luncheon will follow the service at the Precious Blood Church in Stephenson.

Burial will be in the Nadeau Township Cemetery on Thursday, Oct. 25, at 10 a.m. (CDT).
