TRENARY - Ron Trudell and the former Mary Lou Franklin were united in Holy Matrimony 60 years ago on Sept. 27, 1952, at St. Rita's Church in Trenary.
An anniversary reception in honor of the couple was held at St. Rita's Church in Trenary with the couple's children in attendance.
Ron was employed as a laborer, while Mary Lou was a baker's helper.

The couple are both members of St. Rita's Church. Ron's hobbies include gardening and Mary Lou enjoys taking care of their grandchildren.
The Trudell's are the parents of three children, Mike (Ann) Trudell of Flat Rock, Doug (Tammy) Trudell of Gladstone, and Tammy (Rodney) Lacosse of Trenary. They also have eight grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
