GLADSTONE - Kenneth M. Ziems, 80, of Gladstone, died at his home Sept. 20, 2012, following a brief illness.
Kenneth's family will receive friends on Monday, Oct. 1, from 4:45 to 5:45 p.m. at First Lutheran Church in Gladstone. Military rites will be conducted at 5:45 p.m. by the Gladstone American Legion Post 71. A memorial service will follow at 6 p.m. followed by a luncheon in the church Fellowship Hall.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to SON-International which provides clean water to people in Tanzania (www.son-international.org/) or OSF Hospice.
