POWERS - Eleanor L. Gorzinski, 85, Powers, passed away on Friday, Sept. 28, 2012, at Bellin Hospital in Green Bay, Wis., with her loving family by her side. She was born on Sept. 9, 1927, in Nadeau, Mich., the daughter of the late Felix and Alice (Draye) Frisque.
On Aug. 23, 1952, she married the late Leo B. Gorzinski at St. Francis Xavier Church in Spalding.
Eleanor was a member of St. Anne's Society and a volunteer at North Central Elementary School, Pinecrest Medical Care Facility and the RSVP (Retired Senior Volunteer Program) for 23 years.

She is survived by five children: Leo (Karen) Gorzinski, James (Barbara) Gorzinski, Michael Gorzinski, Joyce (David) Raymaker and Donald Gorzinski; two sisters, Agnes Scafidi and Lorraine Dugree; 19 grandchildren, James, Justin, Elizabeth, Leo, Channon, Christopher, Jacob, Joshua, Jonathan, Misty, Carrie, Kayleh, Tanya, Isaiah, Sarah, Zachariah, Noah, Joshua and Julie; 25 great-grandchildren, Leo, Luke, Lane, Dalton, Myla, Evan, Eve, Grace, Isis, Noah, Ian, Elizah, Jacob, Mariah, Joel, Serenity, Mercedes, Riley, Montana, Leah, Hannah, Tyler, Travis, Austin and Reese; as well as many nieces and nephews.
Eleanor was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Leo, in 1967; granddaughter, Mariah Faith Gorzinski; two brothers, Frank and Vincent Frisque; and two sisters, Rose Kleiman and Lucille Kleiman.
Friends may call from 2 to 4 p.m. (CST) on Wednesday, Oct. 3, at St. John Neumann Church in Spalding with the St. Anne's Rosary at 3:30 p.m. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 4 p.m. (CST) on Wednesday at the church with Fr. Emmett Norden officiating. A luncheon will follow Mass in the church parish hall. Burial will take place in the Spalding Township Cemetery.
