Online language introduced at St. Francis de Sales

Mark Salisbury, Superintendent of the nine Diocesan Catholic Schools, seated at left, recently visited St. Francis de Sales Catholic School in Manistique and was introduced to the school's new online Language Arts curriculum. Standing at left, Laura Carlson, the Junior High Academy Language Arts teacher is instructing the sixth-grade class on how the program works. The program assists students to be independent learners who can read, write, speak, and develop critical listening skills.
