ESCANABA - A jury found a Cornell man guilty of purposely setting fire to a camp on the Escanaba River last year. The conviction was handed down in Delta County Circuit Court Tuesday.
The jury deliberated for less than a hour Tuesday morning before declaring Richard Foy Arbour, 59, guilty of arson for the burning of real property. He is scheduled to be sentenced on the 10-year felony next month.
