ESCANABA - Laela Levi Berube, 11, of Escanaba, passed away early Sunday morning, Sept. 2, 2012, at St. Vincent Hospital in Green Bay due to complications of cystic fibrosis. Her loving parents Samantha and Charlie Berube are listed among the surviving family.
Laela's family will receive friends on Thursday, Sept. 6, from 2 to 5 p.m. at the Holy Family Church in Flat Rock. Mass of Christian Burial services to celebrate the life of Laela L. Berube will follow visiting hours at 5 p.m. on Thursday at Holy Family Church with Rev. Fr. Jose Maramattam officiating. Luncheon will follow in the Holy Family Parish Hall. Laela will be laid to rest in the Escanaba Township Cemetery (Flat Rock). The Skradski Family Funeral Homes of Delta County are assisting the Berube family with arrangements.
