Prebish completes surgical residency
SAN RAFAEL, Calif. - Jessica Prebish DPM, recently completed her three year surgical residency in podiatric medicine and surgery at Kaiser Permanete in the San Francisco Bay Area.
Dr. Prebish is a 2001 graduate of Escanaba High School and the daughter of Bill and Gina Prebish of Escanaba. Jessica completed her pre-medical degree at Northern Michigan University in 2005. She received her medical degree from Midwestern University in Glendale, Ariz. in 2009.
Dr. Prebish has joined a practice in Phoenix, Ariz. where she will specialize in reconstructive foot and ankle surgery.
Noel awarded master's degree
FLINT - With the completion of the spring quarter, June 2012, Lesley Anne Noel of Escanaba has been awarded a master's degree in occupational therapy from Baker College in Flint. The announcement was made by Baker president, Dr. Michael Heberling.
Nieuwenkamp awarded U of W Oshkosh degree
OSHKOSH, Wis. - Lindsea Nieuwenkamp of Rapid River is among the list of students who received degrees from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh following the spring semester of the 2011-2012 school year. She was awarded a bachelor's degree in elementary education and mathematics (cum laude).
Kulas accepts position as law clerk
FARGO, N.D. - Jon Charles Kulas has accepted a position as law clerk to Federal Judge Kermit Edward Bye on the United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit.
Jon is a graduate of Willamette University College of Law and DePaul University College of Law. He resides in Fargo, N.D., and is the son of Dr. Roger and Norma Kulas of Gladstone.
