BARK RIVER - Chad Hord of Felch blew out his right rear tire landing off of a jump during the AMSOIL PRO 2WD race at the Bark River International Raceway on Saturday, which caused him to be unable to finish the race.
"Once the tire came apart, it ripped the brake line off, and bent the sway bar," Hord said. "Once I had no brakes, and with the way the tire was beaten, I just pulled it in."
Saturday featured a full slate of racing with everything from buggys to Pro Light trucks and 4X4's. The races will continue with even more action on Sunday. For more information, see Monday's Daily Press.
