ESCANABA - Sharon Gray (D-Rapid River) was declared the victor over Judy Nerat (D-Wallace) in the Democratic primary race for Michigan's 108th District State Representative seat.
Gray won by 2,911 votes to Nerat's 2,818 in a close race.
She is now set to face off against incumbent Rep. Ed McBroom (R-Vulcan) in November.
