GLADSTONE - Teresa M. Pouliot, 86, of 7124 P Road, Gladstone, passed away Sunday, July 29, 2012, at her home in Gladstone surrounded by her family. She was born Nov. 22, 1925, in Gladstone, Mich., and was the daughter of Francis and Matilda (VanDamme) Quinn. Teresa attended and graduated from All Saints Catholic High School in Gladstone in 1942.
The former Teresa Quinn married Marvin Pouliot on Oct. 11, 1958, at All Saints Catholic Church in Gladstone. Teresa was involved with the Pouliot family business of the operations of the Terrace Bay Inn and the Terrace Bluff Golf Club. She was a member of St. Anthony's Catholic Church in Wells and All Saints Catholic Church in Gladstone. She also enjoyed golfing, going to the casino, family gatherings and cooking.

Pouliot is survived by: husband, Marvin; children, Jeanne (Randy) O'Donnell of Gladstone, Joane (Mike) Bageris of Novi, Mich., Mike (Becki) Pouliot of Gladstone, Pam (Mike) Ballard of Gladstone, Dan (Jennifer Nelson) Pouliot of Gladstone, Tony (Tawnia) Pouliot of Gladstone; 12 grandchildren, Meghan, Erin, Nicholas, Luke, Alec, Sam, Blake, Cameron, Kyle, Andrew, Josie and Jack; four great-grandchildren, David, Kelsey, Harper and Rowan; brothers, John (Donna) Quinn of Gladstone, Thomas (Lois) Quinn of Gladstone; sister, Ann Rose (Bob) Daly of Gladstone; several nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by brothers Dennis, James and Patrick Quinn and sisters Frances Cowell, Mary Mae Kasten and Alice Wiltzius.
Visitation will be held from 2:30 to 5:30 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 1, at the Anderson Funeral Home in Gladstone. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 6 p.m. Wednesday at All Saints Catholic Church with Father Ronald Timock officiating. A reception will be held following the funeral services at the Terrace Bay Inn. Burial will take place in the Fernwood Cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorials can be directed to the St. Vincent De Paul Society. Envelopes will be available at the Anderson Funeral Home.
