A plan for the future

July 19, 2012
Daily Press

EDITOR:

It is really too bad that President Ronald Reagan took the solar panels off the White House that President Jimmy Carter had installed. Think of how much further advanced in the technology we would be had we kept up with it in the 1980's. It shows that real leaders will take risks and plan for the future rather than continue to live in the past.

This is why I support President Obama because he is willing to look for new technologies for energy production. Even if you don't think global warming is happening I'm not sure why anyone would want to spoil the environment. My father always said we shouldn't (defecate) where we eat but we seem to not realize that.
